Enter: Aromatherapy roll-ons.
In the video above and instructions below, we show you how to make a roll-on blend of essential oils and a carrier oil that you can toss in your bag and use (by rolling on the pulse points) whenever you need a dose of motivation or relaxation.

DIY Essential Oil Roll-On Blends
What you’ll need:
Essential oils of your choice. Choose any combo that smells good, or use one of the following blends:
+ orange and grapefruit to boost mood
+ rosemary, peppermint, and lavender to ease headaches
+ geranium, lavender, and chamomile for relaxation and sleep
+ rosemary and lemon for increased focus
Carrier oil (we used sweet almond oil)
Glass roller ball bottle
Small funnel
Directions:
1. Add 30 drops total of essential oils to a 10mL roller bottle.
2. Fill rest of the bottle with a neutral smelling carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, or one of these.
3. Add top to bottle and shake well to mix.
4. Roll essential oil blend on pulse points like your wrists and behind your ears to reap the aromatherapy benefits.
