  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups thawed frozen pearl onions
  • 2 cups thawed frozen or fresh peas
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Wipe all but 1 1/2 Tbsp fat from skillet. Cook the onions for 7 minutes, stirring, until golden. Add peas and bacon. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring, until peas are tender. Stir in dill.
