Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked green or red lentils
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp tahini
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Prep: 15 Minutes
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with Harvest Stone® Original Brown Rice, Sesame & Flax Crackers.
