Ingredients

  • 3 large avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 4 Tbsp sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 small shallot, finely diced
  • 2 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients until well blended.
