There are so many diets out there—Paleo, low or no fat; vegan or vegetarian; dairy, sugar, gluten, or lactose free—and many more. Most offer one answer, one diet, and one fitness regimen. How can you tell which one is right for you? I learned the hard way that following a standard eating plan, designed for some fictional generic woman, just doesn't cut it. The few that do usually only take one factor such as blood type or hormones and ignore so many other factors. You might have sensitivities to red meat, dairy, or gluten, or you may need more or less protein in your diet. You may have philosophical reasons for not eating animal protein, or maybe you fly into road rage whenever you try to cut out all carbs.
