Sweet and Spicy Pepita Clusters

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch of salt


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, stir together 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas), 3 1/2 tablespoons honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt.

3. Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.

4. Cool completely before breaking into clusters. Clusters can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days.
