Smoky Cauliflower

  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2. Place the cauliflower on a large baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with the oil, thyme, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.

3. Roast for 20 minutes, turning once, or until browned and tender.
