Roasted Cauliflower with Zaatar

A classic with middle-eastern flair.

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp za'atar


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss cauliflower with oil to coat and arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.

2. Roast until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Let cool, then toss cauliflower with tahini.

4. Drizzle with honey and dust with za'atar.
