Organic Apple Festival 2009: Highlights

RODALE NEWS, EMMAUS PA--On Saturday, September 12, the non-profit Rodale Institute held its first annual organic apple festival. Rodale News was there, both to support our colleagues at the Institute and to enjoy a day of organic food, local artisans, and family fun. Here's a sampling of what we found.
