Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup cucumber chunks
  • 1/2 avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1 large kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen kefir (we used Lifeway) or low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange or tangerine juice
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

Blend all of the ingredients together.
