Chicken Salad Wrap

  • 1 Whole-wheat wrap
  • 3 oz chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 slices tomato

1. Combine everything (execpt the spinach leaves and the wrap) in a bowl. Mix well.


2. Spread the spinach leaves on the wrap.

3. Scoop the bowl mixture on to the spinach lined wrap. Roll tightly. Enjoy.

*Stuff your wrap with fruits and veggies. Their fiber content will fill you up for a minuscule number of calories.
