Bring-On-The-Morning Smoothie

This recipe for a fruit smoothie is refreshing, satisfies your hunger and is good for your heart.

  • 2 cups hulled raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients (except the mint leaves), and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, and garnish with the mint leaves (if using).
