1 small frozen banana, sliced
¾ cup kale, lightly packed, stems removed
¾ cup almond milk
¾ tablespoon almond butter
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Trick it out even more: Add ½ cup iced coffee for an extra dose of antioxidants.
