Awesome Almond Smoothie

Kale is the secret ingredient in this delicious nutty smoothie.

1 small frozen banana, sliced
3/4 cup kale, lightly packed, stems removed
3/4 cup almond milk
3/4 tbsp almond butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Trick it out even more: Add 1/2 cup iced coffee for an extra dose of antioxidants.

1. Blend 1 small frozen banana, sliced; 3/4 cup kale, lightly packed, stems removed; 3/4 cup almond milk; 3/4 Tbsp almond butter; and 1/8 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger.
